Job Description:

Leading US Investment Manager based in the City are looking to recruit a Performance Analytics individual to join their Investment Liaison function within Fixed Income. The role works very closely with the Investment Managers and you will be expected to provide advanced investment support throughout the investment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

• Taking ownership of assigned investment strategies, ensuring the smooth investment process by analyzing and advising on cash flows, executing complex trades, articulating corporate action decisions, and reviewing investment guidelines.
• Creating and ensuring the accuracy of portfolio analysis to support complex investment decisions and client queries.
• Analyzing attribution and risk data, developing non-standard analyses using benchmarks, custom asset diversifications, and non-standard returns to support sales and client retention.
• Updating portfolio models for new investment products and conducting scenario analysis for asset allocation products.
• Resolving investment-related issues to reduce risk.
• Communicating changes in investment strategies to Marketing and Operations teams.

To be considered for this role, you should have strong performance analytics experience from an Investment Management environment, with solid Fixed Income product knowledge and experience in calculating attribution. Strong technical skills, including VBA and Macros, are required. A degree-level education is necessary, and CFA designation or ongoing studies are highly desirable.
