About the role:

We are seeking a Business Analyst to be part of the Fixed Income Technology team, supporting the Front Office and developing trading systems. The candidate should be capable of designing solutions with a development team, preferably with a background in Fixed Income.

Involves working closely with European Rates, Credit, Emerging Markets, and Mortgages trading and sales teams. This role offers growth opportunities within Fixed Income technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define business requirements and develop solutions
• Specify and verify system enhancements with the development team
• Ensure thorough testing of enhancements with QA team
• Understand business and technical architecture

Person Specification:

Mandatory skills and experience:

• Excellent team player, capable of working independently and owning requests
• 2+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or in Fixed Income Technology
• Experience with structured development processes
• High attention to detail and strong technical knowledge
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Experience in an agile environment
• Fixed Income cash trading experience
• Understanding of repo and cash bond/future trading workflows
• Knowledge of front-to-back workflow
