Join the Client 360 Technology, Deutsche Bank's technology team seeking to transform Sales, Banking and Coverage workflows across Corporate and Investment Bank. You will join the 360 Technology Management Team, driving the roadmap for Institutional Client Group and unifying Sales-relevant data across trading platforms, Client Relationship Management tools, Client onboarding and more. This role allows you to shape how around 1000 Sales professionals engage with clients, influence product strategy, and deliver measurable business impact across the front office.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Data Integration & Strategy: Own the roadmap for integrating Sales-relevant data across platforms (Trading, CRM, Onboarding, etc.), ensuring completeness, consistency, and usability.
  • Sales Enablement & Insights: Partner with Sales and Coverage teams to identify essential data needs and deliver insights that drive client engagement, cross-sell opportunities, and revenue generation.
  • AI Sales Assistant Development: Steer the design and delivery of AI-powered tools that support Sales workflows, including intelligent assistants that surface relevant data and insights for specific use cases.
  • Product Feature Harmonisation: Review product-specific Sales features across platforms, assess business value, and drive alignment and replication of functionalities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with ICG stakeholders, Sales management, Product teams, and Technology partners to align priorities and ensure delivery of high-impact solutions.
  • Governance and Measurement: Define success metrics for Sales data usage and enablement tools. Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and regulatory standards.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Detailed understanding of FIC Trading and Sales workflows including data needs (from at least one FIC product).
  • Technology delivery expert who can drive product strategy and its technical delivery.
  • Experience with data architecture, integration, and analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML applications in Sales or client engagement.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on business outcomes and client value.
