Qualifications

• Experience in five-star hotel maintenance or similar environment.
• Maintenance of plumbing and electrical systems in hotel rooms.
• Collaboration with front office and housekeeping to ensure room readiness.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining plumbing in rooms to five-star standard and reporting major issues.
• Ensuring wardrobes and furniture are in good condition.
• Checking electrical appliances and reporting defects to FOH Supervisor.
• Ensuring telephones and televisions are functional.
• Raising health and safety issues to the FOH Supervisor or coordinator.
• Collaborating with Painter/Decorator and French Polisher to meet five-star standards.
• Coordinating with front office and housekeeping to ready rooms for sale.
