Role Responsibilities

To assemble and test subsea trees and all sub-assembly components to a high standard of quality to meet customer deliverables.

As a Schematic Fitter, you will be responsible for:

  • Reading and understanding drawings and engineering part specifications
  • Assembling products in accordance with applicable drawings, engineering part specifications, and specific assembly procedures
  • Setting up finished assemblies/products in accordance with engineering procedures
  • Working in a safe and environmentally friendly manner, giving due care and diligence to colleagues and workplace
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you need:

  • Time served with SVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent knowledge and experience)
  • Hands-on experience with Subsea Trees and associated equipment
  • Experience working within Schematics – SBT and Orbital welding
Desired Characteristics
  • Experience with Subsea Trees and areas within Unit Assembly, such as CNC and manual tube bending
  • Orbital Welding experience (training provided if no previous experience)
  • Self-discipline and a cooperative manner
  • Good safety and EHS awareness
  • Ability to work well alone or in a team
  • Participation in a 6S lean environment
