  • Work in the production team to deliver aircraft on time, within budget, and with quality assurance.
  • Perform replacement, repair, and modifications to aircraft avionics and electrical systems or components, following manuals or approved drawings.
  • Utilize specialist equipment.
  • Remove major and minor components from aircraft using hand tools and mechanical assistance.
  • Manufacture, modify, and repair electrical and avionics cable looms and systems; carry out scheduled aircraft maintenance.
Qualifications
  • Have an Aeronautical Apprenticeship and/or Military equivalent with recent experience in avionics and electrical systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a small team.
  • Ensure all quality, safety, and regulatory standards are maintained.
  • Sound knowledge of Health and Safety procedures.
  • Proven track record in the aerospace industry.
  • Ability to manage relationships with customers, aircraft personnel, other departments, and mentor apprentices.
  • Line maintenance experience is beneficial.
