Job summary

Colten Care is seeking an experienced Fitter to join our team. Based at a local service centre, you will maintain and repair equipment, ensuring high standards and accurate maintenance records.

You will work collaboratively with colleagues, reporting to your Line Manager and keeping customers informed. We value development and offer training opportunities within a FTSE100 environment, with a rewards package including holiday entitlement, life assurance, pension, and employee recognition.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in maintaining Plant and Tools.
  • Able to work as part of a Team, supporting colleagues.
  • Flexible and self-motivated, you will be keen to embrace new training opportunities, which may on occasion require staying away from home
  • Great communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Customer-Focused with a commitment to delivering an excellent service
  • Effective planning and organisation skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy

Based in a local service centre on a day-day basis you will be required to maintain and repair all equipment within our range. Your duties will include finding and capturing machine damage and keeping accurate and comprehensive service and maintenance records.

Working alongside colleagues, you will be a great team player and take pride in your workplace and working environment, making sure that high standards are maintained whilst complying with company procedures and processes. Communicating effectively, ensuring that your Line Manager and Customers are kept informed as required.
