Site Manager - Fit-Out Edinburgh/Scotland

Location: Edinburgh
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent - 50- 55K

Our Client is one of the leading specialist fit-out national contractors and they work across retail & hotel sectors, with a reputation for excellence, innovation, and craftsmanship.

The Role:
They are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their dynamic team. You will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of high-end fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all day-to-day site activities, including supervising subcontractors and direct labour
• Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations and company policies
• Lead site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers
• Monitor programme schedules, progress, and resources
• Manage site logistics, deliveries, and material control
• Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation
• Ensure a high standard of workmanship and client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in fit-out retail or hotel sectors
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
• SMSTS, CSCS (Manager) card, and First Aid certification essential
• Full UK driving licence
