Job summary

Nuffield Health Reading FWC is seeking a Fitness & Wellbeing Manager to lead our gym team. The role combines management, governance and sales of major services, with responsibility for class timetables and overall fitness programming.

You should have REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner level, studio experience and a proven track record in driving PT revenue. Join us to support health, wellbeing and performance across the club.

Qualifications

• Qualified to REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner level and studio experience.
• Track record of driving PT revenue.
• Experience designing effective fitness programmes for groups and individuals.

Responsibilities

• Take on a commercial role spanning management, governance and sales of major services.
• Report to the Programme Director and line manage the fitness team.
• Organise and implement class timetables.
• Oversee fitness programming from studio classes to personal training.
• Continually improve site standards and develop ways to drive team performance.
• Drive, develop and support the team to achieve sales and KPI goals.

Fitness and Wellbeing Manager

Reading FWC | Fitness & Wellbeing Club | Permanent contract | Full time

Up to £31,750 per annum depending on experience

40 hours per week

As a Fitness & Wellbeing Manager at our gym, you've previously worked as a personal or fitness trainer with experience of managing a small or large team. You're qualified to REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner level and you bring studio experience. You also have a track record of driving PT revenue as well as designing effective fitness programmes for groups and individuals.

As a Fitness & Wellbeing Manager, you will:

• Report to the Programme Director and line manage the fitness team.
• Be responsible for organising and implementing our class timetables.
• Oversee our fitness programming, from studio classes to personal training.
