Job summary

Nuffield Health Enfield Fitness & Wellbeing Club is seeking a Fitness & Wellbeing Manager to lead the fitness team, organise class timetables, and oversee programming from studio classes to personal training. You should have REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner, studio experience, and a proven track record of driving PT revenue and developing effective fitness programmes for groups and individuals.

• Experience managing a small to large team.
• Studio experience.
• Proven track record of driving PT revenue and designing effective fitness programmes for groups and individuals.

As a Fitness & Wellbeing Manager at our gym, you've previously worked as a personal or fitness trainer with experience of managing a small or large team. You're qualified to REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner level and you bring studio experience. You also have a track record of driving PT revenue as well as designing effective fitness programmes for groups and individuals.
