Job summary

ARU seeks a Fitness to Practise Administrator to coordinate and oversee the administration of Fitness to Practise processes across the Faculty of Health, Medicine & Social Care. You will manage cases from initial concern through to conclusion, maintaining accurate records and coordinating hearings and panels to support stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a degree or be part-qualified in a relevant professional field, with strong digital capability and proficiency in Microsoft 365,

Qualifications

• Degree or part qualification relevant to the role.
• Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the role.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities, sensitive information and multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps and collaborative tools (Teams, SharePoint, Lists).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee administration of Fitness to Practise processes.
• Manage cases from initial concern through to conclusion and maintain accurate records.
