Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diriger l'engagement des membres et améliorer les scores de satisfaction.

• Développer le programme de cours de groupe et former le personnel.
• Améliorer la performance commerciale de la salle de sport.

About the role

As a Fitness Manager, you will support the General Manager in running the gym and will deputise in their absence. You’ll be passionate about fitness, embody our values, and support our team and members.

Your core duties include:

• Leading member engagement and improving satisfaction scores
• Managing and motivating the fitness team
• Developing the Group Exercise timetable and upskilling staff
• Driving the gym’s commercial performance
• Ensuring operational standards and health & safety compliance
• Supporting admin tasks and acting as a keyholder in emergencies

You can also PT in the gym around your hours, managing your own business with no license fee.

Ideal candidate

• Passionate about health, fitness, and wellbeing
• Experienced in leading teams and delivering excellent member service
• Committed to understanding member expectations
• Qualified or studying for Level 2 Fitness Instructor
