Fitness Manager

Awesome people are crucial to making our clubs run smoothly. Working alongside the Leisure Club Manager, you’ll ensure our clubs operate efficiently.

Your responsibilities include keeping members happy through effective fitness processes and excellent customer service. You'll lead a team of passionate fitness staff to maximize performance.

The Role
  1. Manage our team of freelance group exercise instructors to deliver top-quality classes.
  2. Motivate your team to excel in fitness journey delivery, vibrant classes, and personal training, while upskilling them with the latest technology like Myzone & Mywellness and training programs from Les Mills, Hiit Company, Zumba, and others.
  3. Organize and multitask across key fitness areas, from coaching members to managing class schedules.
  4. Maintain a high standard of service, exceeding customer expectations and operating cost-effectively.
  5. Ensure the department has a trained, compliant staff to meet business needs and health & safety standards.
  6. Assist members courteously, handle feedback and complaints professionally, especially in the absence of the Leisure Club Manager.
  7. Support members and team members in achieving their goals, fostering a positive and motivating environment.
