We are recruiting for this amazing fitness industry job

We are recruiting for a Fitness Manager for an amazing operator in the health and fitness industry. Energie Fitness Ashford only opened a year ago but has already built up a strong community of members, many of whom see us as their second home. If you look at our reviews online the word you will see most frequently is “friendly”. We are not an anonymous wear-house gym. We know our member’s names, goals and the role fitness plays in their lives. Your role as Fitness Manager will be to maintain and build that environment and bring more people to it. Alongside the Club Manager, you will play a hands-on role to create a great place to work – and workout – for both your team and gym members. This is a gym job that requires an individual who is passionate about fitness, service and product and is incredibly hands on and prepared to lead from the front. You must have a real passion for the industry and enjoy motivating members and creating a world class fitness experience.

What do we need from you?

• A friendly, positive, can do attitude to life (not just fitness!)
• A passion for fitness and wellbeing
• A Level 3 PT qualification and experience teaching group exercise
• You are known for your friendly, calm and approachable nature with the ability to act quickly and effectively
• You love working in a team, and have the drive to inspire and motivate others to work towards and achieve targets

We are looking to speak to candidates with experience in the fitness industry, you could also be a super passionate Duty Manager, Operations Manager, Sales Manager or Fitness Manager ready to take their next step up.
