Fitness Instructor in London - F45 Training

Locations available: East London

Self employed available/ starting from £25 per class

We are looking for ambitious, energetic, motivating, knowledgeable, charismatic trainers to join our wonderful East London locations.

The role

1. Deliver high quality, results-focused F45 group fitness classes
2. Set up the studio after training sessions (increased class rate for set up)
3. Motivate studio members before, during and after training
4. Assist with membership retention (Our trainer bonus scheme rewards our coaches for their energy and enthusiasm in classes)
5. Help foster a positive community-based team-training environment
6. Help the management team to ensure the business operates at the highest level
7. Support with our F45 challenge programmes

About you:

1. Genuine love of fitness and coaching others to achieve their goals
2. Knowledge and experience of Personal training and also group training
3. Energy and confidence to share ideas to maintain studio growth and success
4. Knowledge of F45 an advantage but not essential
5. Must also have a good level of fitness and knowledge of how to demonstrate correct form
6. Level 3 personal training certification and valid First Aid at work certification
7. Confidence to deliver an energetic and atmospheric class for our members
