The Gym Group is hiring a Level 2 Qualified Fitness Instructor in High Wycombe to join our nationwide, low-cost, 24/7 gym family. You will welcome and guide members, lead workouts, and ensure a clean, safe gym floor while delivering engaging classes across our locations.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 2 Qualified Fitness Instructor qualification.
• Experience in a gym or fitness environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety compliance and maintain gym floor cleanliness.
• Lead and teach fitness classes to members and drive engagement.
• Support member satisfaction and contribute to a positive gym atmosphere.
