Job summary

Places Leisure, part of Places for People, is hiring a Fitness Instructor to join a lively team. You will motivate clients, provide tailored health advice, and help individuals and groups with training plans in a friendly setting.

Hold CIMSPA Affiliate/Reps Level 2 and ideally Level 3; support for progression is available. Expect ongoing training and development, with opportunities to grow into Personal Training and management roles in a future path.

Qualifications

• CIMSPA Level 2 is required, Level 3 ideal; company supports progression.
• Experience in the fitness industry and ability to give health and fitness advice.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Inspire others in a lively fitness environment and deliver health advice tailored to customers' goals.
• Lead inductions, ensure customers use equipment safely and correctly.
• Run Personal Training and small group sessions; develop PT client base with basic marketing tools.
• Collaborate with team to keep facilities clean, safe and compliant.
