Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Fitness Instructor to join our dedicated team. As a Fitness Instructor, you will inspire and motivate our guests and members to achieve their fitness goals on a one to one and group basis, while delivering exceptional service in a professional and welcoming environment. A variety of classes are offered at Swinton Estate including but not limited too, Pilates, Yoga and HIIT.

Key Responsibilities

• Fitness Instruction: Design and deliver personalised fitness programs and group classes tailored to a range of fitness levels and goals including Yoga and Pilates sessions .
• Client Engagement: Provide one-on-one support and motivation to clients, helping them to safely and effectively achieve their fitness objectives.
• Health & Safety: Ensure the fitness areas and equipment are clean, safe, and well-maintained, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Wellness Promotion: Offer advice on general fitness, nutrition, and overall wellness to help clients maintain a healthy lifestyle.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the spa and wellness team to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and industry developments to bring innovation to your role.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Relevant qualifications in fitness instruction (e.g., Level 2 Fitness Instructor, Level 3 Personal Trainer, or equivalent).
• Experience delivering group classes and one-on-one training sessions.
• Enthusiastic, approachable, and passionate about health and fitness.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude.
• First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
