Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive experience for gym members.
• Engage professionally and enthusiastically with members to support their fitness needs.
• Conduct gym inductions when needed.
• Perform daily gym floor tasks, including equipment checks, cleaning, and basic admin.
• Complete essential health and safety tasks.
• Lead gym floor and group exercise classes as required.

Qualifications Required:

• Level 2 or 3 Fitness Instructor / Personal Trainer Certification
• First Aid at Work Certification
