We are currently recruiting for a driven Fitness Instructor to join our health and fitness team at Braywick Leisure Centre.

This position is crucial for the operation of our exercise facilities, inspiring customers and ensuring a positive customer journey from arrival to departure. Our Fitness Instructors are forward-thinking, passionate about fitness, and stay updated with the latest trends to deliver engaging experiences for all abilities. This role helps develop a wide skill set and relevant experience for career progression in fitness. Joining us allows the community to improve their physical and mental well-being, making it a truly rewarding experience.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience in the leisure and fitness industry, working in busy facilities, with excellent communication skills, flexibility, and a commitment to customer service. A REPS Level 2 or equivalent qualification is preferred, and willingness to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends, is required. Full training will be provided.

DBS

This position is regulated and requires a DBS Disclosure. If not already held, a DBS check will be necessary.
