Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure is seeking a Blaze Supervisor in Slough to coordinate the BLAZE timetable and events, ensuring programming excellence. You will manage class schedules, member engagement, and reporting to support a thriving boutique studio experience.

Role Overview

As Blaze Supervisor, you will work closely with other departments to ensure the Blaze timetable and social events are managed in line with Programming Excellence principles. You will manage the MYZONE community system and club reports such as H&S and compliance checks.

About You

• As a BLAZE Instructor: Please be aware, you must hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA to apply for this role.
• Minimum 1 year experience teaching group exercise classes.
• You will have a passion for health and fitness and be able to support and inspire our members to achieve their goals.
• Have overall great communication and interaction skills.
• Be self-driven with a positive outlook.
• Have a passion for customer service.
