Role Responsibilities

As a Fitness Instructor, you will conduct fitness programs and assessments to ensure an excellent Guest and Member experience. Your responsibilities include:

• Performing fitness assessments on members
• Conducting fitness programs and inductions
• Advising members and guests on the correct use of gym equipment
• Ensuring adequate coverage of the pool, gym, and reception
• Conducting regular pool tests
• Maintaining cleanliness of reception, changing rooms, poolside, and gym facilities
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations
• Promoting the facilities to hotel residents and prospective members

Candidate Profile

To succeed as a Fitness Instructor at Hilton, you should embody the following qualities:

• NVQ Level 2 in a sport-related subject
• High standards of personal hygiene and grooming
• Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service
• Passion for health and fitness

Preferred additional skills include:

• Previous experience in the fitness industry
• Experience in personal training
• Knowledge of diet and nutrition
