Job summary

Fitness First Ltd is seeking a part-time Fitness Experience Team Member to lead FF Fitness classes and inspire guests on their fitness journey. You will promote a welcoming atmosphere, engage members, and help them achieve their goals while maintaining clean, safe gym spaces.

The role requires a Level 2 fitness qualification (or working towards it), strong communication, and flexible shifts to support the team on the gym floor.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2 fitness qualification (or working towards it).
• Ability to deliver high-standard fitness classes in studio and gym.
• Good knowledge of the fitness industry trends.
• Strong teamwork and communication with guests and members.
• Flexible to cover shifts at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Lead Fitness Classes: teach and motivate in studio and gym.
• Enhance Member Experience: engage guests and members throughout visits.
• Member Retention: build relationships to help members reach goals.
• Maintain Standards: keep gym areas and equipment clean and safe.
• Multifunctional Teamwork: assist with tours, sales, and promotions.
• Key Holder Responsibilities: open/close duties per rota.
• Outreach & Promotion: promote the FF brand in public spaces.
