Job summary

Fitness First in Milton Keynes is seeking a Fitness Experience Team Member to lead our FF Fitness classes, engage with guests, and support member journeys on the gym floor. You will play a key role in promoting a welcoming environment and driving club growth.

The role involves class instruction, member retention activities, and ensuring studio and gym standards. A Level 2 fitness qualification or current progression toward it is preferred; flexible, proactive team players are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2 fitness qualification or working towards it.
• Ability to deliver high-standard fitness classes in studio and gym.
• Solid knowledge of current fitness industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead FF Fitness classes in studio and on gym floor with guidance.
• Enhance member experience and engage guests to promote club culture.
• Retain members by building relationships and supporting goals.
• Maintain clean, safe, and functional gym and studio areas.
• Assist with guest tours, sales, and holiday coverage as needed.
• Cover opening/closing duties per club rota and follow procedures.
• Conduct outreach in public areas to promote the brand and memberships.
