Overview

Are you a passionate fitness professional looking for an all-round role? We have the perfect opportunity as a Fitness Experience Lead (Gym Instructor & Personal Trainer). You will join our centre in Alderley Park, Cheshire where our state-of-the-art facilities are open to the local community and people working and living at the Park.

As an inspirational fitness professional who enjoys both personal training and group exercise, you will tailor experiences delivered to all customers so they return time and time again. You will deliver a personalised, exceptional experience across the entire centre.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm welcome at reception and assist with enquiries (e.g., class information, memberships, sports bookings).
• Support people through their fitness journey in our state‑of‑the‑art gym — inductions, programs, personal training, and gym-floor classes using equipment such as the Omnia rig.
• Set up and put down sporting equipment ready for use (e.g., badminton, netball, and football).
• Help keep the centre fresh, clean, and safe.
