Job Description

We offer various agreement options ranging from 8 to 16 hours per week, depending on your experience and career goals. These paid gym hours enable you to develop your client base through MOVE sessions, gym events, challenges, group classes, and customer service duties.

Our teams focus on supporting member sales and retention, as well as promoting secondary products that drive profitability. We expect our team members to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation when representing our brand. Rapid client base growth may allow you to reduce gym floor hours to maximize your PT earnings.

*Note: Not all clubs currently offer hourly options; freelance options are available where applicable.*
