Job summary

Third Space is London’s luxury health club brand seeking ambitious fitness professionals to join its PT Academy and build a long-term career in Personal Training. You’ll work on the gym floor, engage with members and develop coaching, communication and engagement skills under experienced coaches.

Over 6–12 months, you’ll gain hands-on experience, with ongoing development from the Education Team and the opportunity to progress into a Personal Trainer role following successful completion of the

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Confidence engaging with a wide range of people.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn, develop and receive feedback.
• First Aid knowledge.
• Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification (or equivalent).
• Degree in Sport & Exercise Science or related discipline may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, welcoming and exceptional member experience.
• Build relationships with members and support their fitness journey.
• Provide guidance, encouragement and fitness support on the gym floor.
• Showcase Third Space fitness, wellbeing and training services.
• Maintain presentation, cleanliness and safety throughout the club.
• Support gym inductions and member interactions with professionalism.
• Respond to member feedback and resolve issues positively.
• Contribute to a positive, high-energy team culture.
• Support club events, fitness initiatives and learning opportunities.
• Champion health, safety and member wellbeing at all times.
