Job summary

JD Gyms in the United Kingdom is seeking a part-time Fitness Coach to deliver high-quality gym floor experiences, inductions, and group classes while fostering a welcoming member environment.

You will also run a self-employed Personal Training business from the gym, with rent-free incentives, a dedicated PT support team, and access to thousands of leads daily.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification.
• Able to deliver group exercise classes.
• Strong focus on member experience and service.

Responsibilities

• Place member experience at the heart of everything you do, engaging with members on the gym floor.
• Deliver welcoming and informative tours in line with JD Gyms brand standards.
• Lead engaging and inclusive group exercise classes.
• Provide member inductions and assist with joining JD Gyms as required.
• Conduct club standards checks and maintain accurate records.
• Support members as needed and respond to observations.
• Keep club clean and uphold health and safety standards.
• Maintain JD Gyms brand standards and safe working conditions.
• Monitor service delivery via feedback and performance.
• Contribute to energy efficiency and waste management efforts.
• Analyze data to support new ideas and improvements.

So, if you can help to create an environment where #FitnessJustGotSerious then check out the below details:Employed Fitness Coach and Self-employed Personal Trainer.Firstly, you will be employed by JD Gyms on a part-time basis (12 hours a week) completing 3 x 4-hour shifts as a Fitness Coach, with a monthly salary.JD Gyms prides itself on its management career progression programmes, which will help you develop your leadership skills and prepare you for the next steps in your career.Separately, outside of your employed hours as a Fitness Coach, you will pay rent on a monthly basis, and run your self-employed Personal Training business from the gym in which you are based, giving you access to thousands of leads in the form of current members and new members that join on a daily basis.
