Job summary

JD Gyms in Cumbernauld (Scotland) is seeking a part-time Fitness Coach who will also enable a self-employed Personal Trainer business within the club. The role involves delivering group exercise, member inductions, and tours while maintaining club standards and safety.

You will work 12 hours per week across three 4-hour shifts, with a monthly salary and an additional rent-based PT setup outside employed hours. JD Gyms offers growth opportunities and a strong member base to build your PT business.

Responsibilities

• Place member experience at the heart of everything you do, engaging with members on the gym floor.
• Deliver welcoming tours and align with JD Gyms brand standards.
• Lead engaging group exercise classes and informative member inductions.
• Support prospective members with joining JD Gyms as required.
• Maintain club standards, cleanliness, and health & safety across the club.
• Monitor service delivery and gather member feedback to drive improvements.
