Job description

Your purpose will be to engage with members to ensure they receive a world-class member experience on every visit to JD Gyms. This includes upholding high standards of cleanliness, interacting with members on the gym floor, leading gym inductions, and teaching engaging group exercise classes.

Responsibilities:
  1. Place the member experience at the heart of everything you do by engaging with members on the gym floor.
  2. Deliver welcoming and engaging prospective member tours in line with JD Gyms brand standards.
  3. Lead engaging group exercise classes.
  4. Conduct informative member inductions.
  5. Support prospective members with joining JD Gyms as needed.
  6. Conduct club standards checks, record results accurately, and follow JD Gyms record-keeping procedures.
  7. Provide ad hoc support to members as required.
  8. Maintain high standards of club cleanliness as set by Gym Management and Operations.
  9. Ensure the club is safe, compliant, and maintains excellent brand standards at all times.
  10. Monitor service delivery through performance metrics and member feedback.
  11. Operate in a safe, legal, and compliant manner at all times.
  12. Consider energy, environmental issues, and waste management in your role.
  13. Analyze and present key data to support new ideas, initiatives, or developments.
