Job Description

We offer various agreement options ranging from 8 to 16 hours per week, depending on your experience and career goals. These paid gym hours help you build a client base through MOVE sessions, gym events, challenges, group classes, and customer service duties. Our teams focus on supporting new member sales, retention, and secondary products that drive profitability. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation is essential. Rapid client growth may allow you to reduce gym floor hours to maximize your PT earnings.
