Job summary

JD Gyms Hartlepool is seeking a dedicated Fitness Coach to create a welcoming member experience. You will engage with members on the gym floor, deliver inductions and group classes, and assist prospective members with joining JD Gyms.

The role requires a Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification and a flexible, team-oriented approach aligned with JD Gyms brand standards. On-site duties in Hartlepool with adherence to health and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver welcoming and engaging member tours in the club.
• Lead inclusive group exercise classes for members.

• Maintain club cleanliness and health & safety standards.
• Present data and observations to support improvements.

Through member engagement, gym inductions, group exercise classes and maintaining high club standards, you will help deliver an exceptional member experience.
