Job Description

We offer various agreement options ranging from 8-16 hours per week, depending on your experience and goals. These paid gym hours help you build your client base through MOVE sessions, gym events, challenges, group classes, and customer service duties. Our focus is on supporting new member sales, retention, and supporting the wider team on secondary profitable products. We expect high standards of cleanliness and presentation. If you grow your client base quickly, you can reduce gym floor hours to maximize earnings.

Note: Not all clubs currently offer hourly options; some may offer freelance arrangements.
