Responsibilities:

1. Put the member experience at the forefront by engaging actively with members on the gym floor.
2. Deliver welcoming and engaging tours for prospective members, in line with JD Gyms brand standards.
3. Lead engaging group exercise classes.
4. Conduct informative member inductions.
5. Support prospective members with the joining process as needed.
6. Perform club standards checks, ensuring accurate recording and compliance with JD Gyms procedures.
7. Provide support to members as required or observed.
8. Maintain the highest standards of club cleanliness as set by management.
9. Uphold excellent brand standards, ensuring the club is safe and compliant with health and safety regulations.
10. Monitor service delivery through performance metrics and member feedback.
11. Operate safely and legally at all times, adhering to JD Gyms policies.
12. Consider energy, environmental issues, and waste management in your daily tasks.
13. Analyze and present key data to support new ideas, initiatives, or developments.
