Job summary

JD Gyms is seeking a motivated Personal Trainer to deliver exceptional member experiences through inductions, tours, and engaging group classes. You will ensure club standards, safety, and cleanliness while supporting joining prospects and maintaining brand integrity.

The role requires a Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification, a passion for fitness, and excellent customer service. A team-based, flexible work environment with development opportunities is offered.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (EQF Level 4) Personal Trainer qualification is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Place member experience at the heart of every interaction on the gym floor.
• Deliver welcoming and engaging tours for prospective members in line with brand standards.
• Lead engaging group exercise classes and provide clear inductions for new members.
• Support prospective members with joining JD Gyms as required.
• Conduct club standards checks and ensure accurate record keeping and safety compliance.
• Assist with ad hoc member support and maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Uphold brand standards and contribute to safe, compliant operation of the club.
• Monitor service delivery and use feedback to drive improvements.
• Contribute to energy efficiency and waste management initiatives.
• Analyze and present key data to support new ideas and developments.
