Job summary

Equinox in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, sanitary environment across club facilities and locker rooms. You will service equipment, stock supplies, assist with events, receive deliveries, and keep lobby areas presentable.

This role requires 40 hours per week and a strong focus on customer service and teamwork. Experience in cleaning and laundry is preferred, and the ability to use cleaning products and basic hand tools is valued.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 40 hours a week.
• Must possess a clear understanding of what constitutes a clean and sanitary environment.
• Prior experience in cleaning and laundry services is highly preferred.
• Ability to service athletic equipment along with previous experience working with cleaning products and hand tools.
• Strong customer service, organizational, communication, and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain club and equipment, providing excellent customer service.
• Keep sidewalk entrance and lobby presentable.
• Clean locker rooms and stock consumables.
• Clean and organize storage, laundry, exercise, and coat rooms.
• Maintain towels on the exercise floor.
• Provide maintenance for all equipment.
• Receive and store deliveries.
• Assist with special events.
• Notify Housekeeping Manager of immediate needs.
