Job summary

GLL is looking for Les Mills Class Instructors to work at Barnet Copthall Leisure Centre. If you are passionate about group fitness, trained in BODYPUMP™, BODYCOMBAT™, RPM™ or other Les Mills programmes, and eager to grow your career, this is the role for you.

You will deliver safe, engaging classes, connect with members, and help participants reach their goals while having fun. A supportive staff‑owned environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Qualified in Exercise to Music Level 2 / FI and the relevant Les Mills programme.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Commitment and enthusiasm to deliver high‑quality classes.
• Good knowledge of health and safety practices.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and effective Les Mills classes to a range of participants.
• Provide a fun, enthusiastic, high‑quality class on a consistent basis.
• Adapt, progress, and regress activities for all ages and levels as needed.
• Inspire customers through energetic delivery and energy transfer.
• Ensure all customer expectations are exceeded and maintained.

• This is a Full time / part time /, permanent / Flexible position. Hours of work will be negotiated with you in line with the needs of the service; flexible working may be possible. Working from home is not possible in this role.
