Job summary

GLL is seeking Fitness Class Instructors to lead sessions at Forest Hill Pools on a flexible basis. The role covers a range of disciplines including Zumba, Dance Fitness, Boxfit, Body Conditioning, Step Aerobics, Power Pump and more.

You will engage participants with energy and ensure high-standard classes while maintaining health and safety standards. The position offers flexible hours with opportunities for progression, and GLL provides extensive learning and development support, a staff-owned

Qualifications

• Level 2 Exercise to Music Qualification or Level 2 Fitness Instructor Qualification or Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification or Level 2 Instructing Water Based Exercise.
• Strong communication skills and a real focus on customer service.
• Commitment and enthusiasm; knowledge of health and safety.

Job description

GLL is looking forFitness Class Instructorsto work at our leisure centre at Forest Hill Pools,on a flexible working basis.We're looking for instructors confident to teach classes to a range of disciplines including Zumba, Dance Fitness, Boxfit, Body Conditioning, Step Aerobics, Power Pump and more!

Fitness classes are performers,empowers, and inspirers. A Fitness Class Instructor applying for this role will be approachable, dynamic, and have copious amounts of energy.Strong communicationskills, the ability to adapt, and to lead by example are key aspects of the Fitness Class Instructor. The ideal Fitness Class Instructor will be able to teach a plethora of genres and will commit to delivering a high standard class.

This is a Flexibleposition. Hours of work will be negotiated with you in line with the needs of the service, flexible working may be possible, working from home is not possible in this role.
