Fitness Class Instructor

GLL is seeking passionate Fitness Class Instructors at Bodmin Leisure Centre. As a Fitness Class Instructor, you will deliver energetic, engaging classes that motivate participants to achieve their fitness goals. Your classes will range from freestyle to performance-driven sessions, each filled with enthusiasm, musicality, and fun. You will adapt your classes for all levels and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for everyone.

What you’ll do:

1. Deliver safe, effective, and high-quality fitness classes
2. Perform classes with enthusiasm, energy, and passion
3. Adapt classes to suit all ages and fitness levels
4. Inspire and motivate participants through energetic delivery
5. Exceed customer expectations

What you need:

1. Exercise to Music Level 2 and/or Fitness Instructor Level 2, plus Group Cycle Qualification
2. Strong customer service focus
3. Enthusiasm and commitment
4. Knowledge of health and safety regulations
