Job summary

Nuffield Health Harrogate is seeking a Fitness & Wellbeing Manager to lead the fitness team and drive commercial performance. You will oversee class timetables, programme design, and staff development while delivering high standards of service across the site.

With REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA and proven experience in managing teams and increasing PT revenue, you will shape fitness offerings and ensure KPI targets are met in a dynamic health club environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified to REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner level.
• Experience leading a fitness team, with ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Proven track record of driving revenue from personal training and fitness services.

Responsibilities

• Take on a commercial role spanning management, governance and sales of major services.
• Report to the Programme Director and line manage the fitness team.
• Organise and implement class timetables.
• Oversee fitness programming from studio classes to personal training.
• Continually improve site standards and develop ways to drive team performance.
• Help achieve ambitious sales and KPI targets.
