Job Title: Fit Out Supervisor

A strong Fit Out Supervisor is required to work with an excellent Main Contractor specializing in high-end hotel schemes. The Fit Out Supervisor will be based on a project in the Cambridge area. The project is predominantly high-end apartments with additional retail and leisure facilities.

As a Fit Out Supervisor, you will be reporting to a Site Manager and be responsible for:

1. Managing the day-to-day operations of your area of the site
2. Helping manage the project in line with the agreed production targets
3. Managing the workflow of sub-contractors to ensure they align with the programme of works on site
4. Agreeing on sub-contractors’ long-term and short-term programmes and monitoring their performance
5. Planning work schedules

The ideal candidate will have:

• A trade background, ideally in carpentry
• Enthusiasm and determination to drive the project forward
• Previous experience working with established construction contractors
• SSSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certifications

This is initially a contract position that could lead to a permanent role based on performance. It presents an excellent opportunity to work with one of London’s top Main Contractors.
