Job summary

A leading construction recruitment agency seeks a Fit Out Site Manager for a prominent office fit out project. The role involves overseeing all construction activities and managing staff and subcontractors to ensure high productivity and quality standards on site. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in construction management and fit out projects, along with a commitment to safety and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years proven experience with a Fit-Out Contractor.
  • Strong Joinery background preferred.
  • Experience overseeing complete installation of a CAT A office fit out.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise office fit out construction activities.
  • Manage manpower on site including direct staff and subcontractors.
  • Ensure quality of works is maintained and deadlines are met.

INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for:

Job Title – Fit Out Site Manager

Project –CAT A Office Fit Out

Job Location – South Dublin

Salary – €60K - €70K + package

About the Company

Working with a very reputable Fit Out Contractor who specialise in bespoke fit out projects across ROI.

My client has a strong pipeline of work, this project alone is valued around €5M and would be fantastic for a Joinery Manager/ Fit Out Manager to have under their belt!

The Role

  • Coordination and supervision of the construction of office fit out.
  • Be the number one on site for all activities and act as a point of contact for direct staff, subcontractors, clients and design team.
  • Oversee fit out projects and manage manpower on site including, direct staff and subcontractors.
  • Consult with local authorities and clients when required.
  • Managing sub-contractors and personnel on site to ensure that productivity levels are high.
  • Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works and that they are done on time and in budget.
  • Plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the site including labour, procurement of materials, and meeting deadlines.
  • Ensure that company policies including H&S policies are adhered to on site.
  • Perform company compliance and administration procedure and record performance and progress of site operations.

Requirements

  • A Degree in Construction Management or Strong Joinery Background.
  • A minimum of 5 years proven experience with a Fit-Out Contractor in a Foreman or Engineer Role.
  • Ideally will have experience overseeing the complete installation of a cat a office fit out.
  • Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
