Fit Out Site Manager - Residential Apartments, South West London | £300 per day | Until Dec/Jan with Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fit Out Site Manager to join a well-established residential contractor on a high-quality apartment scheme in South West London. This project consists of 22 units, and the role will focus on managing the internal works from dry lining stage through to snagging, defect resolution, and final handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all internal fit-out works to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
• Manage subcontractors, site teams, and trades from drylining through to final finishes
• Ensure snagging and defects are addressed promptly and to the highest standard
• Maintain accurate site records and reporting
• Ensure all works are delivered in line with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering residential fit-out projects, ideally in the apartment sector
• Strong track record in finishing and internal fit out from shell & core through to handover
• Up-to-date CSCS and SMSTS certifications (essential)
• Eye for detail and a proactive approach to quality and programme management

Details:

• Working hours: 08:00 - 18:00, with Saturday work available
• Daily rate: £300 per day
• Contract until December/January, with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate
