Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for fast-paced fit-out projects. The role is office-based near Leeds with regular travel to sites across the Midlands, the North and Scotland. The package includes £45,000-£55,000 plus car allowance, bonus, progression and benefits.

You will manage full packages from start to finish and work in a sociable, supportive environment that encourages skill development and career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in fit-out.
• Experience with cost planning, procurement and contracts is ideal.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsabilités

• Work on a variety of Fit Out projects across the UK.
• Based just outside Leeds with regular site travel.
• Manage full packages from start to finish.
• Support training and progression.
