Fit Out Project Manager Opportunity - Tier 1 MEP Contractor - Small Works

MK Search are currently working with a tier 1 MEP contractor who are looking to engage with an experienced Fit Out Project Manager for their small works division. They are a dynamic, growing contractor who have a strong reputation in the commercial and data centre markets.

You will be tasked with managing 10-15 projects at once up to the value of £100k each, working alongside a team of very experienced staff both MEP and construction focused while delivering to prestigious end clients across London.

Responsibilities:
  1. Working closely with the Divisional Director, you will lead and manage fit-out projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
  2. Coordinate with the site team, sub-contractors/suppliers, and clients to facilitate effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  3. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets while monitoring progress against these benchmarks.
  4. Conduct site visits to assess project status, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  5. Manage procurement processes for materials and equipment necessary for project execution.
  6. Ensure all documentation is maintained accurately throughout the project duration.
