Kpler is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Fisheries, to own the end-to-end Fisheries product from strategy and roadmap through to first release and go-to-market. You will collaborate with the Lead PM – Maritime & Logistics to build a data-driven product combining vessel, ownership, port, and trade-flow data to address IUU fishing and transparency challenges.

Your initial focus is live fleet monitoring and catch/yield reporting to support procurement and compliance teams with reliable insights

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of Product Management or senior commercial experience, ideally within maritime data or B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of owning products end-to-end, from strategy to customer adoption.
• Strong ability to translate complex needs into clear product requirements and roadmap priorities.
• Strong understanding of fisheries data landscape including vessel tracking and catch documentation.
• Experience operating in ambiguous, early-stage environments with iterative development.

Responsabilités

• Own Fisheries product strategy, vision and roadmap, balancing customer value with feasibility and time to market.
• Lead the first Fisheries product release focused on live fleet monitoring and catch/yield reporting.
• Conduct market and customer discovery with seafood buyers, retailers, processors, regulators and NGOs.
• Define the product proposition and customer experience translating data into actionable outcomes.
• Establish methodologies for vessel identity, dark-behaviour and catch-estimation with data/domain experts.
• Own positioning and competitive strategy, monitor NGO/adjacent landscape.
• Lead go-to-market planning with Sales and Marketing including pricing input and launch planning.
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships across seafood value chain.
• Act as a bridge between Product, Engineering, Data, Sales and Marketing.
• Track product performance and risks, refine roadmap based on market insights.
