Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Exhibits a high level of self-discipline and is capable of coaching or mentoring teammates in planning and prioritizing sales activities.
  • Sets strategic sales and business goals, and implements plans to meet short and long-term objectives.
  • Maintains the direction of the sales territory to achieve growth and maintains a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  • Possesses strong interpersonal, oral and written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Has the ability to multi-task and meet target dates.
  • Proficient in MS Office, pricing and analytics tools, and able to learn new digital tools.
  • Accurately and promptly submits reports and expense claims.
  • Willing to travel to customer sites, sales meetings, and training events as needed.
  • Understands when to raise issues to the manager and performs other tasks as assigned.
