FISH FRYER

We are currently looking to recruit a Fish Fryer for our award-winning fish shops.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• The person should have the ability and experience in oil cooking temperatures, how to make quality batter, how to cut and grade fish, how to serve the perfect fish and chips and what potato makes a great chip?

Experience is preferred.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

• A passionate, confident, reliable individual who strives to go the extra mile whilst working as part of a successful team, and who can deliver the best in customer service.
