About Our Client

The client is a prominent consulting and solutions provider, specialising in technology for the Financial Services sector, located in Central London.

Job Description

The key responsibilities are:

  • Being a consultant on the project, taking ownership of the Trax build while providing authoritative support for design decisions, defect management, and workstream delivery plans.
  • Provide weekly status updates on progress.
  • Understand the scope for each roll-out wave, including regions, entities, banks, accounts, and payment types, as we implement Trax globally using a predefined template.
  • Review and track design documentation for each wave, ensuring FIS delivery aligns with the specifications.
  • Oversee the FIS Payment Hub build configuration tracker, identify potential conflicts between parallel waves, and recommend resolution strategies.
  • Assist in managing and triaging defects arising during test windows.
  • Monitor and update workstream plans to ensure timely delivery.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience with global payment projects.
  • Familiarity with FIS Payment Hub (TRAX).
  • Solid experience in payment projects, with a strong understanding of ISO Pain XML message formats.
  • Knowledge of bank onboarding steps and timelines.
