About the role
The ‘brightlights’ PR and communications trainee programme is a permanent position within the firstlight team. You will spend the first six months learning as an account assistant.
During this period, you’ll be assigned to clients and support teams with real projects. You’ll receive a comprehensive training programme combining on-the-job learning, internal sessions, and external workshops to develop essential skills. After six months, you’ll advance to an account executive role.
